Deer, moose, bears, bobcats, mountain lions, coyotes, and fox have all been spotted on the property. Binoculars or a spotting scope reveal elk, antelope, and mountain goats on the surrounding landscape. Douglas fir, junipers, and limber/lodgepole pine thrive, creating a healthy forest with fine habitat and good rainfall retention. Chokecherries and gooseberries grow on the property, great for fresh snacking or canning. Two wells exist with one boasting 18 GPM for abundant water.
