Role & Description

L&K Real Estate, one of the top performing brokerages in Southwest Montana, is looking to expand our team of agents in Bozeman. With over $2 Billion in transaction volume since inception, Big Sky-based L&K Real Estate expanded its brokerage presence to Bozeman this past year. As we continue to expand and serve this dynamic market, we are looking to add dedicated, motivated, and licensed Real Estate Sales Agents who enjoy being a part of a fast-paced and successful real estate team.

L&K Real Estate is a sister company to Outlaw Partners, the region’s largest media, marketing and event production company. Together, L&K and its respective agents are supported by the Outlaw marketing platform to provide best of class marketing, photography, video, and advertising for clients and listings. L&K’s proprietary lead generation and website platform further enable agents to capture real-time leads and prospect database.

Compensation:

Performance-based commission dependent on sales, listings, and referrals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new buyer and seller leads to promote L&K/Outlaw brands and successfully close deals
  • Prospect new development and off-the-market opportunities
  • Work with many buyers and sellers in this dynamic and growing market
  • Follow up and work with provided leads
  • Work the entire process from listing to closing to ensure the best transaction and customer experience
  • Provide key insight and local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood to buyers and sellers
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wish list, know current market opportunities and match with the client for a successful transaction

Qualifications:

  • General familiarity with CMS platforms, automated follow up, and daily prospecting activity
  • A valid Real Estate License in the State of Montana is required
  • Driven, self-motivated and desire for professional growth
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Great communication, networking, and social skills
  • Experience in outbound sales and/or real estate industry
